Following a 15 year hiatus from publishing, one of techno’s most historically important imprints, Conform Records, made an emphatic resurgence in 2020, renewing its momentous presence on the dance music landscape with its Conform Re-Touched Series. Now, the celebrated Neapolitan techno house is revisiting its storied discography by sharing new masters of timeless club favorites, released in digital format for the first time ever since their original DAT distribution. Including 1997-2005 releases from label head Gaetano Parisio, Gaetek, Ben Sims, Marco Carola, Davide Squillace, C&G Southsystem, The Advent, Innersound, Markantonio, QMen, Stenny Franssen, “Conform's Back Catalogue” is available for purchase now via the Conform Records website and Bandcamp page.

🛸Each piece finds a mirror in reinterpretation. Art.Ic fractures and reshapes Light Matter into sharp mechanical echoes, while PYLOT bends Nucleus into a gravitational pull of groovy-energy. Closing the cycle, Josefina Muñoz expands Vacuum into a higher resonance, unveiling a higher lever of rhythm.

🌑 Defect Analysis traces the fine line between precision and collapse, presenting sound as both mechanism and anomaly. Six works, originals and remixes, locked in dialogue - a blueprint for shadowed dancefloors.

Conform Records has built a reputation as one of the most respected independent labels in global techno music since its inception in 1997. Founded in Naples, Italy by Gaetano Parisio, the artistic vision behind Conform was to create a style of techno that represented the Neapolitan sound - one that was divergent from the Detroit and Berlin techno sounds, which were musically and geographically separate from Naples at that time. 

The platform has featured releases from well-respected producers like Adam Beyer, Ben Sims, C&G Southsystem (Marco Carola & Gaetano Parisio), Danilo Vigorito, Davide Squillace, Gaetek, Innersound, Markantonio, Qmen, Stanny Franssen and The Advent. The label is focussed on one musical thread, always trying to offer quality music created for artistic, non-commercial purposes. This sentiment has remained the same since the time it was founded and developed. 

Now after a fifteen-year hiatus, Conform Records is back - starting with the Conform Re-Touched Series which invites renowned and respected artists to re-touch classic tracks from the labels back catalogue.
