Here's a beat for week 23. I will be recording vocals for this and releasing it as week 24 on Thursday or Friday. 

I want other people to have the opportunity to use this beat and I believe this works pretty well as a stand alone song.

This week i'm showing you how my music writing process works.

Usually the way I start is by getting inspired simply by living my life. When I see or do something that makes me feel something I write a song about it. 

Today I woke up at noon and that made me feel all wonky so I hit the gym to get out of my funk, and this song is the rawest emotional interpretation of what it feels like to me when I get out of my head.

This was entirely an entirely improvised track so there are mistakes. I will be posting updates about my process periodically until the song is complete.
