This mix is Richard from Mononom with live SPX90 effects mixing by me, this is I think before pioneer had released their mixers with effects built in, or certainly around that time when they were just coming in to use. It’s 45 min cassette recording of a Vinyl DJ set from The Tekno Bar in Haarlem Netherlands. The other recording of the last hour and a half is missing unfortunately. Maybe it will be found one day but its not in my possession.
The night of this mixtape was a week after Mononom and I think Alien Pulse had their party stopped in Haarlem also, so Richard had unfinished business on the decks and played an awesome set. I remember I was on before him and as soon as he arrived, I stepped aside to let him play pretty much.
The flyer may not be of the exact night but is one if the Tekno Bar flyers.
