USO (unregistered sex offender) records started as a collective of 3 including Lil Jamestown, a talented singer and producer, Ax, an exquisite rapper, and Lil Twink, an extraordinary rapper, a multi-instrumentalist (he played the guitar when he was 8 and he quit when he was 13 and he knowns how to play the xylophone), and the greatest producer to ever live. Later, producer Roman, rapper and producer Johnniey, and gospel singer Miles  joined the label. Lil Jamestown, Ax, and Lil Twink recorded their first song, "Angry Johnny 2". The original trio continued to record songs occasionally. Eventually, Lil Jamestown and Johnniey started work on a song titled "STDs". When Lil Twink and Ax heard of this song, they were extremely offended as they were victims of countless STDs since the had the capability of acquiring numerous bitches unlike Lil Jamestown and Johnniey. Due to this, Lil Twink and Ax sent a warning through the song "Don't Joke About STDs." Johnniey and Lil Jamestown soon followed up with a response diss track dubbed, "Gonna What?." Lil Twink and Ax ended the dispute with "your beats are poop/i bet you call her mommy", a double song with a beat switch. One day, USO decided to make an album compiling all the songs they composed together. The album was titled "Bars Never Sleep", and the album includes songs such as Angry Johnny 2, 1 am, STDs, Don't Joke About STDs, Gonna What?, your beats are poop/i bet you call her mommy, Colin Diss, and the epic closer "Bars Never Sleep", that comes in at almost 10 minutes. Bars Never Sleep was released privately on Soundcloud, however some songs have been made public. Later, in the summer of 2022, Lil Twink dropped his first beat tape, "I AM THE BEST PRODUCER OF ALL TIME", publicly on Soundcloud.
