As well as listening to music, which includes activities such as searching for new music, I dance to music. In (personal) fact, a significant amount of the music I like could be categorized as dance music. However, I also experience a mix of positive effects whilst listening to what could be called 'chill-out' or 'ambient' music. Furthermore, occasionally, I will 'dip' into my previous (past) catalogue of favorite music tracks. I was born in 1971, so I have been influenced by the music that was produced in  the 70's, 80's, 90's, etc. Although, now is my favorite time of music (now is all there is)
