Yoga Nidra for a Good Night's Sleep - Nirlipta

This is a prayer for Peace and to embody Peace Consciousness within. This is a Call to ease suffering across the world. This is as much for others as it is for ourselves, as we allow the inner conflicts to be bathed by Peace so we may see the world from a deeper place of peace. This prayer also includes asking to be taken to where we need to be of greatest service, to all. 

With all that is going on in the world, we are being repeatedly presented with situations where we can polarise or try and seek a different path.
Polarised Consciousness is also War Consciousness. It is the foundation of Conflict. As we are being asked to navigate our way towards Unity Consciousness (without a map), we are being guided to look at ourselves to find the directions.

Healing our inner conflicts helps us discover peace consciousness, hidden within, waiting for the right time to birth.
