Matt is the founder of the NY Cocktails Expo, the NY Best Wings Championship, and Wellness cocktails. He's full of boundless energy and knows a thing or two when it comes to putting together events with thousands of people in attendance. 

Cocktail of the Episode: Cool Cucumber Mule
0.5 oz fresh cucumber Juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz HM stevia syrup (3:1)
0.5 oz Ginger Juice
3 oz. Organic Raw Kombucha

Combine all ingredients except for kombucha in a shaker tin and shake. Strain into a collins glass or a mule mug and top with kombucha, garnish with a mint bouquet and cucumber slice. Thank Matt later.
