Deep within a hardwood hammock, a tree island surrounded by wet sawgrass prairie, Green House frogs (little squeaks like sneakers on gym floor), and Cuban Tree frogs, both invasive species, sing along with crickets and gentle breeze. Recorded at 10 PM in Everglades National Park, Florida, June 2022, pair Lom Usi Pro omni mics attached to tree in AB stereo 24 inches apart, 32 bit float Zoom F3.

Tree Island Quiet Night

Decidí probar mis recién llegados micrófonos Clippy EM272 en un humedal urbano de la ciudad de Valdivia, Laguna de los Lotos, Parque Saval.
En la grabación se pueden escuchar un coro de ranas chilenas (Calyptocephalella gayi) y algunas aves (cachañas y treiles).
Es un pequeño extracto de prueba, un trozo libre de ruidos antrópicos. Luego hubo mucho ruido de vehículos y gente, por lo que decidí suspender la grabación. 
Fue una estupenda primera aproximación a los posibles resultados de estos micrófonos, que espero poder probar en condiciones más idóneas para un registro de calidad superior, pero estoy bastante conforme con el resultado.

"The Meeting of Immortals" represents an electroacoustic music endeavor that blends the principles of soundscape composition with electroacoustic music creation techniques. This work offers a novel reinterpretation of the traditional Beiguan fairy opera "Three Immortals " aiming to capture the essence of Beiguan opera in a non-traditional manner. While text and environmental sounds are recognized as vital materials in electroacoustic creation, the incorporation of multi-channel spatial audio technology enriches the sonic experience, adding a dynamic spatial dimension to electroacoustic compositions.

《仙上會議》結合聲景作曲與電聲音樂創作技術，以北管扮仙戲曲《三仙白》為文本基礎發展之電聲音樂作品，以多聲道概念呈現神仙視角的空間聆聽。為雙耳聆聽版本，建議戴耳機聆聽，但請勿調太高音量以保護耳朵聽力功能，並請勿長時間的聆聽。

仙上會議＿Meeting of Immortals

以Max & MSP隨機運算樂曲組成與spat5空間訊號設定。以三仙白為主要文本之發展的電聲音樂作品。由《仙上會議》主題延伸故事背景創作。
This electroacoustic music composition, developed using Max/MSP for stochastic operations, is based on the text of "The Three Immortals." It extends the thematic narrative of "Meeting of Immortals" to create a rich, immersive sound experience.

A lovely variety of birds (plus red squirrels) greet the morning with song and drumming.  Singers include American Robin, White-breasted Nuthatch, Dark-eyed Junco, Common Raven, Hermit Thrush, Audubon's Warbler and others.  Drummer was a Three-toed Woodpecker.  Recorded with a Sony PCM-M10 with EM-172 capsules.
