Yellow Salamand'r - Culture Shock

A place for sound freaks and aural addicts. 
A good actor plays all kinds of roles. A painter's palette needs a multitude of colors. Create something special, keep drowning me in your work and i will find the oxygen i need. 

There's all kinds of tracks on my page, but after months of buzzing in my head and schizophrenic debates about who was playing with who and who took the lead while doing it, finally, the decision has been made: all my alter egos got together and decided to form a band. From 2020 on new tracks will be created under the moniker Gruppo Infernal. Only pure MMTJ tracks will still be named as such. 

Gruppo Infernal relies heavily on my work as Me, my Thumb and Jack, an ongoing quest for a liberating approach to sound creation where the human body acts as an oscillator amplifying the natural 50hz hum. Direct live recording, improvisations and delayloops only using analog filters and effects. No editing, no overdubs. Gruppo Infernal adds digital treatment to this original sound material. 

UnterPitch is/was an alter ego using samples & synths.
Bleached Coffins is/was a project using guitars.

I’m a big fan of instrumental Rock music,  House and the Electronic genre, especially when they are mixed. I really like fusion music, work with Ableton DAW, use Moog and Arturia synthesizers, play guitar/drums and enjoy music.
I love Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Anjunadeep music.
Ancient power in music is for me important !

Musicien depuis l’âge de 13 ans, je n’ai jamais cessé d’être amoureux de la musique.
J’ai participé à un concours international francophone dans les années 80.
Par la suite, j’ai créé le groupe Top-Sonart qui a été en nomination deux fois à l’Adisq,et qui a pris fin en 1987.
J’ai ensuite écrit plusieurs chansons et musiques qui n’ont jamais joué nulle part. C’est pourquoi je les partage maintenant avec la planète par Soundcloud.

Musician since the age of 13, I have never stopped being passionate about music.
I participated in an international Francophone competition in the 80s.
Subsequently, I created the band Top-Sonart who was nominated two times at l’Adisq and which ended in 1987.
I then wrote several songs and music pieces that never played anywhere. That's why I now share them with the planet through Soundcloud.
