I created this project made up of a video and soundscape in my Music Technology 2 class at SHS. This video is supposed to make it feel as if you are driving through a song in an old Volkswagen Bus. I used a Thomas Oliver lap steel jam as inspiration adding different octaves, headphone panning and some alpha sampler sound effects to make it feel as if you are legitimately in a VW Bus.

This song is inspired by the far out and interesting ideas Tuneyards uses in their songs. I have decided to combine traditional and non-traditional hand drums with funky bass lines and guitar riffs to create something new.
