The first verse and chorus of the song sprang to life in the mind’s ear of guitarist, Simon Brindle, one morning when he was contemplating the fact he was nearing 50. The song grew when the rest of PlasticSole got in the rehearsal studio and thrashed it out. It came to life, though, on the stage, when PlasticSole encouraged chanting fans to Eat Less / Move More.

Recorded at the gone, but not forgotten, Bar Central in Milton Keynes, at the end of the 90s, we've gone deep in to the archives to find the highlights of our one and only acoustic show (so far). This was a special gig, with a couple of violinists joining us on stage for a few numbers, a track never played before (or since) called Follow Me Down, and reworkings of a few of our set list stables. 

We hope this will transport you back to when we were young and bring a flood of happy memories.
