I think I got this character down. I guess if I had to sum up everything I've learned it would come down to this… For a long time, I thought about who a person truly is, you know. If you take away the human body what would be left? 

The mind, as in your consciousness, the heart, as in your emotional being, and the soul, which is like a cosmic force that connects the other two together. These three elements in balance make people who they are. 

And when one or more of these elements are off is when people say they are losing themselves. Trauma triggers instability. Creates an illusion of self. Makes you give into fear, grief, shame... Anyway, to help balance these elements I've realized it's a matter of learning, feeling, and growing spiritually in ways you never thought possible. 

Just because the version of you that you've always known is gone, doesn't mean you are not still here. Create anew. Master your mind, heal your heart, save your soul. Long story short, no one is ever really lost, we just forget who we truly are.
