No matter what journey someone takes in life, there will be always be times of where one will begin to have regrets when looking back in the past.. 
This song is about breaking the cycle and instilling positive productive principles, responsibilities, and priorities setting my sights on the future to be better prepared. 
Key for me was to stop dwelling on my mistakes and live my life focusing who I am whatever means necessary to grow and develop. Embracing my mistakes in pursuit of the best version of me shows that the only person worth proving yourself to is yourself so no matter what you've been through we all have a story with regrets....
