I find this strangely reassuring, probably because it's reminiscent of turning the dial of my old medium wave radio back in the 50's, looking for something interesting to listen to...this is all that and more besides

This straight up sounds like an alien transmission of sonic ooze that is dripping through my speakers here and infecting my brain !

Your incredible work of creative sound design throughout this adventurous production is freakin’ awesome, and I love how waaaay in the background there’s this “other” song playing that sounds like it’s being beamed in from a parallel dimension. DOPE !!

Love this beautifully arranged auditory disorder!

There is an African plain the color of the sun where men dance for the rains to come.
They paint their hair and bodies red and jump toward the stars,
while the women sing the story of Nahsa, the Girl who touched the Sky.

A note from Marie-Jose Payannet, Director of Danse Etoile Ballet:
In those hard times when live performances cannot happen, Danse Etoile Ballet is producing a movie based on the original story written and illustrated by director Marie-Jose Payannet.  The story will unfold with dances mixed with narration and dialog, choreographed to diverse musics. Danse Etoile has been fortunate to work with Colorado's own composer Bruce Klepper who composed this beautiful piece for a solo danced by Nasha. 

For Bansuri, Duduk, Bass Quenacho, Marimba, Gambang Gamelan, Xylophone, Ih Khuur Bass, String Bass, virtual instrument and percussion
