DANCING DELIGHT BANGIN HARDHOUSE MIX 711 - 1 - 3 - 25

This is the recording of the stream I did with the Birmingham HardNosh crew, led by Missy Rhodes in Apr 2025!

Wellybob and I took Stiffy on the road for the first outing of the Stiffy Up Your Avenue idea and headed down to Brum to stay the night with the HardNosh crew and do a stream, before heading to play at the HardNosh event itself next day. Alongside me and Wellybob as The Yorkshire T-Baggers, we had the likes of Missy Rhodes, Jedi Starbuck, Darren Warren, Kyle Nicholas, Gaz Shottin, Trev Toast-Rack, Gav Cooper and the legend himself - Uncle Jim, James Pate - all crammed into a room for almost 4hrs of Hard House loveliness which we streamed on Twitch.

The recording starts at 155bpm and gathers pace, with the BPM moving back and forth to suit each DJs styles... only to end up in T-Bagger territory up to 180bpm of course! We kept rotating the DJs, so there are so many styles to enjoy!

It goes without saying, it was awesome fun and we would love it if you gave all these DJs a follow on their various channels - and don't forget to get tickets for the events! Stiffy Up Your Avenue - Hard House Twitch stream with HardNosh Apr 25 Noshing Place

So here it is, as promised, Kid Rich's re recorded - farewell to Filth Face 2 hour set!! For me this has got to be one of my favorite sets of all time, flawless mixing, and pops that knock your socks off! I wouldnt of expected anything less from this legend!! Thankyou Rich for being Filth Face resident, best friend and a huge inspiration to me and many others. You will be missed but i wish you all the best on your future adventures!  Kid Rich's Farewell note :
After 15 years or so on the scene I have decided to call it a day with DJ'ing. I still love the music but as you get older and priorities change you have to re evaluate things.

There have been many great nights but ultimately there are always 2 brands that meant the most to me... Savaged and Filth Face which were where I held 2 long standing residencies.

Chloe was good enough to allow me a 2 hour farewell to Filth Face set. I wanted to use this set to play some of my favourite tracks from the 4 and a half years that Filth Face has been running (how has it been that long!!!). This was a really fun set to prepare for and play and I wanted to record that set for all to hear. If you've heard me play then it's likely that you'll have heard me play at least some of these tracks before but that was the whole point of this set, to play tunes that I have loved and that Filth Face has loved over the years. Still, there are some tracks of mine in there that I haven't used in a recorded mix before so hopefully there will be something new for most of you to hear.

Thanks to Chloe, Nick and everyone else involved in Filth Face one way or another for all the support over the last few years. It has meant the world to me and I will still be making appearances at filth face as a clubber as I'll miss you all too much otherwise.
