This Zenonesque episode is all about SLIP HYPNOTIC who is presenting his new album 'Yazon' through this live set. Producing Electronic Psychedelic Music, in every form he could possibly think of, from Psy-Techno to Dark Progressive with a taste for careful melodic grooves and organic self-recorded sounds, his musical debut goes all the way back to 1997 with traditional classical music studies with the silver flute and the piano, and later on, the guitar, the drums and the clarinet, sounds that are very present in his sound today. In 2013 he discovered the psychedelic scene in Australia and then started the projects Sleepy Faun (Psychedelic Pop) and Flo Mc Adam (Ambient). Inspired by his fellow producers around him he finally created Slip Hypnotic in 2018.  Through this project he creates heavy music influenced by colorful melodies and rich harmonies, spiced with acoustic instruments, minimal and wonky sounds that will take you on a journey.

The highlight of my 2019 was the surprise closing set of Ozora Festival (wasn't surprise for me, obviously). Playing the last set on a Festival of this scale, after so many people have been dancing and bonding for a week, is very special responsibility. It's like guiding a release from a week of alternative reality, a final cleanse / meditation and a slowdown from the full on into the more mellow, which is a bit melancholic because it is the end, but it's also a hopeful and special moment for taking what we've acquired from that amazing week to our daily life and implementing that feel of unity and goodness that we have experienced with the real world, that needs this energy. Enjoy!
