Born in mountains of northern Idaho, Jens Larson (YenZo) grew up in a musical family and begin his love for music at an early age.  After spending his early years surrounded by the lushness of nature and love by his five siblings and wonderful parents…he ventured out to Portland, OR for a change of scenery.  It is there that he began his life of adventuring and pursue of his artistic dreams.  

Soon after college in Washington State, he moved to Germany for a year where he fell in love with the underground dance music scene.  After returning to the US, he found his home in LA where he joined a multiple music projects as a percussionist and pursued his vision of working in film and the music industry.  
Burningman in 2003 brought change to his life, sending him wondering the west coast for years attending many of the first festivals that we know and love like Symbiosis, LIB, Bass Coast, and WTF to name a few.  

Years later, he settled down in Grass Valley, CA as part of the first wave of bay area community searching for a life outside of the city.  There is where he began organizing and DJing his free Sunday Social renegade river parties in breathtaking remote locations around the foothills of the Sierra Mountains. While playing in Europe for festivals like Meadows in the Mountains the past 2 years….he began to bring acts from Europe as he traveled abroad in search of inspiration and new sounds, he quickly gain a following for bringing house and techno to the Nevada County community.   

He was original member and resident artist with Heartbass in Nevada City,  and recently asked to play Symbiosis Gathering 2016.  As of lately, you can find him in his studio working and collaborating in production to bring you new music coming in 2017.
