 Bliggs is a living testament to hard work. His father, the late Mackie Sellers Jr., was a member of the Gospel group "The Gennesse Travelers" and guitarist for over forty years. Bliggs was exposed to music at an early age. Rapping was something Bliggs and his friends did at the lunch table in high school for fun. It wasn't until graduation that Bliggs had heard enough of how good he sounded rapping and decided to give it a shot. Bliggs toured alongside Chicago Idol Winner and Kanye West protégé "Whiteboy" as Twista's National opening act on the Kamikaze Tour.

Bliggs has mentored and written for others in the past such as group member Lil Ray of Nex2Kin. Nex2Kin made major noise in Chicago with their song "Bad Than A Mutha" and the remix featuring the Legendary TWISTA which was a mainstay on Chicago's radio station WPWX Power 92.3.

Bliggs Nex2Kin is the truth coming from the Southwest side of Chicago's infamous Englewood where he made a name for himself locally and now Nationally. Bliggs plans on World domination of the music industry, expanding overseas and back with his timeless music.
