Centering Meditation

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation where there is nothing for you to do except listen and follow the guidance of my voice. Through repeated practice yoga nidra can help us to relax consciously and to accept thoughts, feelings, urges and impulses. It encourages inner reflection can reduce stress, aid in sleep and physical relaxation, and release fear, anger, anxiety replacing them with courage and calmness.

The most difficult thing sometimes is to just start. And it all starts with taking the first breath. Our breath is the map that allows us to navigate this journey bringing more peace and joy along the way.

Self recovery is messy but so worth it. Overcoming patterns and creating healthy habits that become part of our daily routine will continue to allow us to live as our true self. This can be tricky at times, but we must trust in the process! The beauty of the process far outweighs the messiness and can take us places we never thought possible in our lives. Bringing more energy, strength, balance and flexibility in all aspects of our life. It's co-creating with the Holy Spirit.

Simply BE! Be Present. Be Connected. Be Confident. BE YOU! This journey can truly transform as long as we stay true to ourselves throughout the process. This, my friends, is the greatest work.
