Another random drum track recorded in CT by Heff and sent to me here in FL.  He originally thought it could be a motown vibe but I realized the more tracks I wrote and recorded, the more it was sounding like something I would write for Levon Helm to sing with The Band. 
The song describes the harrowing 12 hours my wife and dog and I went through with Hurricane  Ian.

I thought it would be interesting to play all the instruments, vocals etc and see how this song sounds 40 years later!  Enjoy!

COME ON - 2023 #7

Decades of singing and playing guitar and not a nickle of gig money left to speak of. 
Here are songs I've written, some past and some present. Many of the newer songs are a collaboration between me and Mike (Heff) Heffernan.  He'll record a random drum track in CT and send it to me in FL.  It's my challenge to write a song over the drum track, which can yield some interesting  results!
