In this episode, I talk about coming to the United States 27 years ago. I first started washing dishes at a pizza place, and that’s actually where I started learning English! From there I started working at an Italian Restaurant, rose up to become manager, then I finally bought the place and became owner. 
There is so much you learn from working in the restaurant industry and I’m glad to share my knowledge with you!
