- 300 Hz, 24 dB high pass filter (removed DC offset as well)
- Normalize amplitude, including separately at the beginning when they were fiddling with levels
- 3000 Hz, 24 dB low pass filter
- Apply noise reduction with

5 - 1 kHz sampling rate

In all cases, the clips were re-amplified to have 0dB peak amplitude.

Filtering - Vs - Undersampling

Tried to raise the pitch of my voice an octave with Audacity.  It was a partial success at best.
