This is my purpose for playing and the reason for being. Emotional + Mental Healing, bringing our EMOTIONS + THOUGHTS into HARMONY. AKA "HEART<>BRAIN COHERENCE" soul-soothing, calming, mood enhancing, alluring, captivating, hypnotic, mystical, ethereal, anti-anxiety, antidepressant, etc. Especially by listening to Hand Pan with the purpose for, and as a MEDITATION - with your clear intention to experience a therapeutic effect, you need to deliberately set aside a specific time, 5 to 15min of listening, hearing, and feeling the Hand Pan accents + nuances, a symphony of melodic percussion, every resonating boom + metallic tap..feel free to breathe or move your body with the temp..if its a free form composition from the players actual self-meditation, then it typically would start slow + spacious gradually increasing tempo and energy into a busy + faster groove..then gradually go back to the original slower tempo which symbolically brings you full circle,  slowing your breathing down for a soft landing. Officially creating a conducive sonic atmosphere - which is (cause) stimulating + enhancing for heart<>brain coherence - aligning your emotions with your thoughts. (effect)

Give it a try in the privacy of your room, or somewhere beautiful outdoors in nature, ideally a private safe space like a garden or backyard at your home. The best times are the first hour at sunrise and + the last hour at sunset, "the golden hour"! 
So choose an uninterrupted environment with no distractions(mobile phones set to silent, not vibrate) - this will cause interruption of the Hand Pan's vibrations + frequencies  - Remember we want to BRING PEACE + HARMONY TO OUR SOUL - NOT CAUSE IT STRESS + DIS-EAESE.

Welcome to my chat! I'm a self-taught drummer and hand pan player, and I create improvised melodies from my heart and soul. Maybe it is a hobby, a sport, writing, reading, producing, creating music, art, film, or content for advertising and marketing - whatever it is - it's in these moments WE ARE ALL TRULY EXPRESSING OUR authentic PURPOSE FULFILLING OUR CALLING OR REASON FOR BEING - ADDING VALUE TO YOUR COMMUNITY - ASK OURSELVES - WHAT IS THE NO. 1 DEFICIENCY IN THE WOLRD TODAY? Not commodity, not free health care, not oil or gas or the energy crisis, etc. ITS LOVE, KINDNESS, COMPASSION, PATIENCE, TRUST, RESPECT, CONNECTION, AFFECTION, EQUALITY, TOLERANCE, ACCEPTANCE, PEACE, JOY, UNITY IN COMMUNITY - A SENSE OF PURPOSE AND BELONGING TO A GREATER COLLECTIVE HAPPINESS - WHEN WE ARE "BEING" AND BEHAVING, ACTING IN ALIGNMENT WITH THIS MINDSET + HEARTSET - WE AUTOMATICALLY WALK INTO "HAVING".
