It's Women's History Month! In this mini-episode, we talk about our experiences at the We All Grow Summit and the power of sisterhood. In this week's episode we have a challenging conversation you won't hear anywhere else! First, how do we let go of things? How is releasing something a way of paying it forward? Then we get into #adaywithoutawoman and the history behind International Women's Day. We dive into the purpose of these efforts using Iceland as a case study. We discuss why this history matters in this moment in time,  and how we feel about the criticisms of the effort about who can and can't participate. We also get into the importance of having difficult conversations about political issues whether online or IRL. Also, what does it mean to have "privilege." and what happens when we argue about race, poverty and class. In Current Isshoes, Linda gives us a tip on how to make "Yes or No" decisions using a big decision Betsy made as an example.
