Calamity is the second  single in the waterfall release to the upcoming Debut album, SynthNation  that will release on the 7th of February 2025.

This track is a reproduction of my Debut song, Memories. Updated and mixed a whole lot better. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did re-making it.

Memories ('24 Edition)

This song has an uplifting melody supported by a tight rhythm section. I wanted to build some tension by utilising a mono bassline and introducing Abbie's amazing vocal just before the first breakdown. The song changes as I introduce brighter elements into the song and also by adding a short verse post breakdown to explain and emphasize the vocal "You're my Everything" that is repeated after the main drop. Slowing the song down for the bridge section I inserted the vocal on a drop beat to emphasise the end of the song is nearing. 

I hope you enjoy the song as much as I enjoyed producing it.
