Hailing from Detroit, music producer and instrumentalist  Shamoun contributes his Mesopotamian roots into the creation of  house music and ethereal meditation soundscapes. Under the mentorship of Ethnomusicology professor Dr. A. J. Racy Phd (UCLA), Danny studied the classical music of the near east, helping him gain a vast knowledge in the art of composition and music history.

Shamoun currently pursues Solo music career in Los Angeles, California. Having recorded and toured with world renowned artists such as System Of A Down,Scars on Broadway, and film scoring credits, proved to be a pinnacle in the vast musical experiences as a world touring artist. In 2023 performances  at renowned  venues of Europe like Scorpios Mykonos , Before Sunset and Garden of Light Ibiza to name a few were highlights of the summer tour.
Integrating the Santoor, Kawala, drums, and Ney, Shamoun has released singles and Ep's  (Danny Shamoun) with the industries top producers remixing Danny's music, constantly in the pursuit of testing the boundaries of sound. Today, Danny continues to collaborate with top producers in the electronic music scene while promoting his solo releases with electronic and meditative shows around the world
