This is a story about that one time I fell in love with a guy I had been writing on the internet. (Nightmare Boy) 
I had dreamt about him so much that I felt like I had already spent years with him- only he was still getting to know me and I probably freaked him out. 
I wrote a lot of songs to or about him. I painted him a lot. 
It’s funny to me that you could create such an attachment these days without really even being around each other, but it didn’t go both ways and I embarrassed myself. 
Now it’s a life lesson. And a song about being silly and getting attached to a person that hardly acknowledges your existence for amusement.
