There are quite a few witnesses worldwide who have had to deal with particularly dark grays, of which there is also military documentation, so they are certainly not all sweethearts. They are also known as the Reptilians/Draconians' work/foot soldiers, at least on the 'dark' side.
Apart from that, my personal experience is that every variation of life forms has both 'light' and 'dark' variants.
And further agree that the 'darkness' only arises when something is not allowed to be there, because that leads to the fragmentation of consciousness and eventually takes shape in all kinds of ways.
Truly daring to encounter those pieces, whatever form or entity they may have taken, does indeed neutralize everything. I myself also have similar experiences with Extraterrestrials of all origins, fallen Angels, Archons etc and everything and everyone 'melts' in the presence of unconditional love accompanied by forgiveness for what has ever been created mutually in pain.
No 'dark' can withstand that, nor can that false light that so many 'good guys' still carry in them. Then everything really becomes one and origin, past, karma or whatever is neutralized in one fell swoop in the zero point field of true love.

There is a social demand in this crisis, but also a spiritual demand. The two go hand in hand. Without the social dimension, we fall into fanaticism. Without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and futility. 
You are prepared to go through this crisis.
Grab your toolbox and use all the tools at your disposal. Learn to resist by the example of the Indian and African peoples: we have been and continue to be exterminated. 
* But we never stopped singing, dancing, lighting fires and having joy.
Don't feel guilty for feeling lucky in these difficult times. Being sad and without energy doesn't help at all. 
* Resilience is resilience through joy! 
You have the right to be strong and positive. You have to maintain a beautiful, cheerful and bright posture.
This has nothing to do with alienation (ignorance of the world). It is a strategy of resistance. 
When we walk in the door, we have a new view of the world because we have faced our fears and difficulties.

What Would The Shaman Tell You?
If sometime over the last 50,000 years, you were to live in one of the many African tribal cultures, and if you were feeling a little flat, lost or generally out of whack, it would be common practice to visit the local shaman.
And in some African tribes it would be common practice for the shaman to ask you 4 simple questions:
	1	When was the last time you danced?
	2	When was the last time you sang?
	3	When was the last time you told a story?
	4	When was the last time you sat alone in stillness?
In many ancient cultures dancing and singing were known to be ways to greater vitality.  It was felt that such practices actually inspire the soul, and better connect us to the divine and sustaining forces of life.
In the millenniums before radio, newspapers and television, telling stories was a way to connect with, teach and entertain each other – activities that are all good for the psyche.
And sitting alone in stillness allowed the usual storm of random or compulsive thoughts to settle, and intuition, insight and wisdom to emerge.
In our "full speed ahead towards the future" culture, we have lost much of the wisdom gathered in the previous 99.99% of our evolution.
If you cannot remember the last time you sang and danced with friends, shared a story that was meaningful, or sat alone in stillness, take a little time this summer to reconnect to some of these ancient practices.

It's quite something to reconnect myself.
Of course it is safe and familiar to stay in your own cocoon or hut and yes… in order to 'be able' to connect yourself at all with someone else you must first be anchored in yourself and then… is just like peeling an onion...
The outer edge, the thin layer comes off first and you give yourself 'somewhat exposed'... then the next layer and the next and so on...
Those layers are also your nutrition, your protection, the guard (st) there
of your germ or core strength.
I notice that I want to connect more and more deeply, but without losing or giving myself away and from being alone, the hermitage where I spent years to feel and nurture myself, there were the connections I made to to experience how I can connect with the other.
A road of many learning moments, trials and temptations.
Now, .I feel I want to connect on a more  deeply level  is that possible? Oh yeah, apparently so. Although it is very scary and uncomfortable know that there is something hidden behind the many safe rings and defense walls and that it is more than worth facing and letting go of any fears or ideas and peeling myself until the core without fear of losing anything because I think/feel that the treasure hidden behind the fascades is of unfathomable value and yet... Yes... I'm going anyway... don't know where it leads or what what's left after peeling off all those layers... and if I'll ever be the same... don't think so!
