อย่างพวกเรานั่งคิดทุกวัน 
ว่าจะภาวนาอย่างไร ทำอย่างไรจะดีกว่านี้ 
เห็นไหมมันมีแต่คำว่าทำ นั่นล่ะปรุงแต่งทั้งนั้น 
แต่ตรงที่คิดจะภาวนาเรียกว่าปรุงดี เป็นความปรุงดี 
ถามว่าดีไหม ดี 
แต่ถามว่าจะไปบรรลุมรรคผลนิพพานได้ไหม ไม่ได้หรอก 
ความปรุงแต่งมันขวางอยู่ 
นิพพานเป็นสภาวะที่พ้นความปรุงแต่ง 
มันก็ยังปรุงอยู่ไม่เจอหรอก แต่อาศัยปรุงดี 
แล้วค่อยๆ สะสมความรู้ถูกความเข้าใจถูกไป 
พอสัมมาทิฏฐิเราสมบูรณ์ขึ้นมา มรรคผลมันก็มีขึ้นมา 
แล้วปัญญาเราแก่รอบแล้วอริยมรรคก็จะเกิดเอง 
ไม่มีใครทำมรรคผลให้เกิดได้ 
เกิดเอง เมื่อศีล สมาธิ ปัญญาเราสมบูรณ์ ค่อยๆ ฝึก

สรุปก็คือการทำกรรมฐาน ไม่เลือกสถานที่ ไม่เลือกเวลา 
เมื่อไรมีสติระลึกรู้รูปธรรมนามธรรมที่กำลังปรากฏ 
ด้วยจิตที่ตั้งมั่น คือมีสัมมาสมาธิ แล้วก็เป็นกลาง 
เมื่อนั้นเราเดินปัญญาอยู่ 
เมื่อไรเรามีสติระลึกรู้อารมณ์อันเดียวอยู่ อันนั้นก็ภาวนาเหมือนกัน 
แต่เป็นระดับสมถกรรมฐาน ไม่ถึงวิปัสสนา

This is the 5th volume of in the series, and features a further 40 tracks of inspiring music taken from some of the greatest classical, opera, ballet and ragtime composers to have ever lived.

During a time of global pandemic, I found myself returning to my original instrument: the piano. 
This album is intended to reflect the evolution of La Corona, or the Crown, as the days unfolded; while simultaneously reflecting my own adaptive response to a most bizarre period in history.
For example, Before Her Reign was written some time before the official lockdown in New York City. The Coronation was written on my first day of confinement. Day Three of the Crown was written on my third day of confinement, etc. 
All songs were composed and recorded between March 2020 and July 2020. 
I am a licensed massage therapist and holistic health practitioner by profession. To date, at the ripe age of 40, this is the first time I have ever shared any original piano compositions. 
All songs were recorded in a small one-bedroom apartment in New York City, with minimal equipment. Please use headphones or an external speaker for optimal listening.
