Hello friends, I hope you are doing well this holiday season.
I recently put a composition dated 08.03.2022 made on my iPad with Garageband and here is one of the other compositions that I had put on hold for lack of time, because I not only wanted to put them in Audio but also in video on YouTube, only it takes time and as I often play improvisations that I record and film, I find myself with a large amount of music and sometimes songs and I get lost in it a bit, lol!
So I'm going to put this music in line on YouTube and surely soon in Audio on the sites: the MAGIX community where there are only amateur musicians like me and international and some professionals too, as well as on Drooble where there are has many more professionals and on SoundCloud than many of you know I think, but I'm also on "Radio Airplay-jango" with titles and videos that my monthly plan of 30 euros allows me.
This music is in no way commercial, it's "avant-garde" so original and unreleased, because personally, the commercial these days annoys me deeply, because everyone copies some on the others and we find ourselves always listening to the same thing, where did the 80s go where there was something for everyone, moreover we often come back to the 80s and for good reason, and therefore, nowadays, there is no longer much originality, it must above all bring in a lot of money, but that's not the music...
By the way, I would see many lyrics and therefore vocals on this music, what do you think?

Salut les ami, j'espère que vous allez bien en cette période de vacances.
j'ai récemment mis une composition datant du 08.03.2022 faite sur mon iPad avec Garageband et voici une des autres compositions que j'avais mis en attente de mise en ligne par faute de temps, car je voulais non seulement les mettre en Audio mais aussi en vidéo sur YouTube, seulement ça prend du temps et comme je joue souvent des improvisations que j'enregistre et filme, je me retrouve avec une grosse quantité de musiques et des fois chansons et je m'y perd un peu, lol ! 
Donc je vais mettre ces musiques à la file sur YouTube et surement bientôt en Audio sur les sites : la communauté MAGIX où il n'y a que des musiciens amateurs comme moi et inter nationaux et quelques professionnels aussi, ainsi que sur Drooble où il y a beaucoup plus de professionnels et sur SoundCloud que beaucoup d'entre vous connaissent je pense, mais je suis aussi sur "Radio Airplay-jango" avec titres et vidéos que me permet mon forfait mensuel de 30 euros.
Ces musiques ne sont en aucun cas commerciales, c'est de "l'avant-garde"donc originales et de l'inédit, parce que personnellement, le commercial de nos jours, me dépite profondément, car tout le monde copie les les uns sur les autres et on se retrouve à écouter toujours la même chose, où sont passées les années 80 où il y en avait pour tous les goûts, d'ailleurs on revient souvent aux années 80 et pour cause, et donc, de nos jours, il n'y a plus beaucoup d'originalité, il faut surtout que ça rapporte beaucoup d'argent, mais ce n'est pas çà la musique...

This is unapologetically inspired by the A-side to one of my favorite albums of all time. I'll let you guess which album that is - if you are older than 50 it will most likely be easier.

A lot of us spend our lives chasing a dream, and despite reaching milestone after milestone the dream is always just beyond our reach. If you're lucky all you need to do is stop and think - maybe you're already there. I was reminded about this when told a story about a popular beach boatman asked by a hedge fund manager why he doesn't invest in an additional boat. After many questions the investor tells him that after years he could become so financially successful that he could spend his afternoons with his family and friends. The boatman tells him that after his morning fishing run that is already what he does. 

The guitar is a Logic Pro X Heavy Metal Guitar. For the drums I "mixed it up" a bit by using more reverb on the snare than on the rest of the drums. Also had a hi-hat in there initially but I took it out as I thought it muddied up the sound too much. In general I debated how much reverb to use and progressively used less and less to try and warm it up. For the bass I combined an electric bass with a traditional standing base. I departed from my usual approach of trying to reproduce as natural a piano sound as possible by using equalization to mainly remove some of the high and low end - the purpose being to create a "lo-fi" sound. Finally, the synth is Nord Native and treated with some ringshift to get the moving in and out your ears effect.

A lot going on in this song. The original idea was to take the idea of ostinato to the extreme. This was accomplished by using an arpeggiated Eb throughout - of course there was some work that went into the modulation and envelope of the synth I chose. I used the same synth varying the number of notes and direction of the arpeggios to get the sounds that define the track.

Lyrically I wanted to capture the hysteria of the Chinese balloon while addressing the fact that many of us voluntarily allow ourselves to be monitored by the government and private enterprises. We pay for Google Assistants, Alexa, Siri etc and I think I'm not the only that get's the AI saying it didn't understand after periods of absolute silence. It is also a known fact that private enterprises monitor our e-mails and we voluntarily sign up for this  - who knows who is analyzing and parsing that information. I have worked for decades in the telecommunications business and for those that don't know there is a feature called "Lawful Intercept" that all suppliers are obliged to enable - this allows authorities to listen in on any communication they deem fit. Lastly, while using free services like Facebook we allow the monitoring of our habits, many of us with a grudge, but still we allow it, and social media is becoming more and more pervasive so it seems we want more.

I am a studio musician, I have never done a scene and it does not tempt me, or maybe just for improvisation in Live, my specialty because everything comes to me while playing ...

je suis un adorateur de la musique depuis tout jeune et j'ose tout en musique, je n'ai aucunes barrières tout comme pour me faire connaître.
Mon souhait le plus fort, c'est de pouvoir composer pour des musiques de Médias comme les films, de la publicité, des jeux vidéo etc...
Je suis un musicien de studio, je n'ai jamais fait de scène et ça ne me tente pas, ou peut être juste pour faire de l'improvisation en Live, ma spécialité car tout me vient en jouant...
j'aime aussi faire mes propres arrangements vidéos que je met sur YouTube accompagnées de certaines de mes musiques, mais pas toutes par manque de temps.
