Hi friends,
Here I am again after letting you spend your holidays in peace, lol!
with another of my musical compositions made on the app: "Garageband" which is part of so many others waiting to be put online in Audio and Video.
It's a composition as usual with entirely improvised tracks that mixes several styles with alternative atmospheric electro rock sounds to listen to with very good headphones, or stereo headphones to capture the subtleties of sound. I first used drums from "Garageband" and virtual tactile synths but also synths from: "Audiokit Synth One" connected to "Garageband" with passages on the electric guitar played at my darling's place, in Burgundy, with my guitar "Shiver" and then I added touch virtual guitar from Garageband.
Good viewing and listening and see you very soon for more of this music and I will put videos of my last Rides with my Bomber, where I had several problems with a deflated rear tube and a torn valve. Since then, I have been able to solve the problem by asking a garage specializing in cross bikes and I am on my 3rd Ride without any problem. You will soon be able to see my adventures, lol!

Me revoici après vous avoir laissé passer vos vacances tranquille, lol ! 
avec une autre de mes compositions musicales faites sur l'appli : "Garageband" qui fait partie de tant d'autres en attente d'être mises en ligne en Audio et vidéo. 
C'est une composition comme d'habitude aux pistes entièrement improvisées qui mélange plusieurs styles avec des sonorités électro Rock alternatifs atmosphérique à écouter avec de très bons écouteurs, ou casque stéréo pour bien capter les subtilités sonores. J'ai d'abord utilisé des batteries de "Garageband" et des synthés virtuels tactiles mais aussi des synthés de : "Audiokit Synth One" raccordé à "Garageband" avec des passages à la guitare électrique joué chez ma chérie, en Bourgogne, avec ma guitare "Shiver" et ensuite, j'ai rajouté de la guitare virtuelle tactile de Garageband. 
Bon visionnage et écoute et à très bientôt pour d'autres de ces musiques et je mettrai des vidéos de mes derniers Rides avec mon Bomber, où j'ai eu plusieurs problèmes de chambre à air arrière dégonflée et valve arrachée. Depuis, j'ai pu régler le problème en me renseignant dans un garage spécialisé dans les motos de cross et j'en suis à mon 3e Ride sans problème. Vous pourrez bientôt voir mes péripéties, lol !

This is unapologetically inspired by the A-side to one of my favorite albums of all time. I'll let you guess which album that is - if you are older than 50 it will most likely be easier.

A lot of us spend our lives chasing a dream, and despite reaching milestone after milestone the dream is always just beyond our reach. If you're lucky all you need to do is stop and think - maybe you're already there. I was reminded about this when told a story about a popular beach boatman asked by a hedge fund manager why he doesn't invest in an additional boat. After many questions the investor tells him that after years he could become so financially successful that he could spend his afternoons with his family and friends. The boatman tells him that after his morning fishing run that is already what he does. 

The guitar is a Logic Pro X Heavy Metal Guitar. For the drums I "mixed it up" a bit by using more reverb on the snare than on the rest of the drums. Also had a hi-hat in there initially but I took it out as I thought it muddied up the sound too much. In general I debated how much reverb to use and progressively used less and less to try and warm it up. For the bass I combined an electric bass with a traditional standing base. I departed from my usual approach of trying to reproduce as natural a piano sound as possible by using equalization to mainly remove some of the high and low end - the purpose being to create a "lo-fi" sound. Finally, the synth is Nord Native and treated with some ringshift to get the moving in and out your ears effect.

A lot going on in this song. The original idea was to take the idea of ostinato to the extreme. This was accomplished by using an arpeggiated Eb throughout - of course there was some work that went into the modulation and envelope of the synth I chose. I used the same synth varying the number of notes and direction of the arpeggios to get the sounds that define the track.

Lyrically I wanted to capture the hysteria of the Chinese balloon while addressing the fact that many of us voluntarily allow ourselves to be monitored by the government and private enterprises. We pay for Google Assistants, Alexa, Siri etc and I think I'm not the only that get's the AI saying it didn't understand after periods of absolute silence. It is also a known fact that private enterprises monitor our e-mails and we voluntarily sign up for this  - who knows who is analyzing and parsing that information. I have worked for decades in the telecommunications business and for those that don't know there is a feature called "Lawful Intercept" that all suppliers are obliged to enable - this allows authorities to listen in on any communication they deem fit. Lastly, while using free services like Facebook we allow the monitoring of our habits, many of us with a grudge, but still we allow it, and social media is becoming more and more pervasive so it seems we want more.

I have been a music lover from a very young age and I dare to do everything in music, I have no barriers, just like making myself known.
My strongest wish is to be able to compose for media music such as films, advertising, video games etc ...
I am a studio musician, I have never done a scene and it does not tempt me, or maybe just for improvisation in Live, my specialty because everything comes to me while playing ...
I also like to make my own video arrangements which I put on YouTube accompanied by some of my music, but not all for lack of time.

je suis un adorateur de la musique depuis tout jeune et j'ose tout en musique, je n'ai aucunes barrières tout comme pour me faire connaître.
Mon souhait le plus fort, c'est de pouvoir composer pour des musiques de Médias comme les films, de la publicité, des jeux vidéo etc...
Je suis un musicien de studio, je n'ai jamais fait de scène et ça ne me tente pas, ou peut être juste pour faire de l'improvisation en Live, ma spécialité car tout me vient en jouant...
j'aime aussi faire mes propres arrangements vidéos que je met sur YouTube accompagnées de certaines de mes musiques, mais pas toutes par manque de temps.
