PSYKINETIC is undeniably talented and devoted to his music and started to D.J. back in
1988 when raves just started to get established.
With over 30 years of DJ-ing and involvement in the party scene, Neil’s passion and
respect for music is reflected and evident through his unique and creative style
of mixing and track selection.
He plays each set straight from the heart with passion, energy, skill and affection
that instantly builds an intense and uplifting connection with any crowd. (Ultimately
getting them all going nuts!!)
Some of his influences include The Prodigy, Moby, Leftfield, Massive Attack, JeanMichelle-Jare, Raja Ram, Astrix, 1200 Mics, Krunch, Timelock, Sonic Species,
Outsiders, Tristan and Avalon, are just a few to mention.
Neil’s inspiring journey has resulted in him playing out all styles of electronic music
from hard house to breakbeat but has always had a passion for progressive/ Full-On
Psy-trance.
In 2000 he became a resident D.J. under the umbrella of Anti world U.K./Ibiza, Psy-Gate
and Psychedelic Academy and played alongside internationally recognised artists such
as Astrix & Friends, Infecting the U.K. (Infected Mushroom) Skazi in Concert (Rock &
Rave), T.I.P. Records Tour at venues such as the 02 arena in front of 1000’s.
After Anti world closed its curtains in 2009, he then moved on to be a resident for
PSYCHOLOGY is based in Norwich UK and runs the Psychedelic Stage at SYMMETRY
FESTIVAL UK.
Alongside heavyweight festivals such as GLASTONBURY, BOOMTOWN,
illuminaughty, DANCE GATHERING the U.K. and UNIVERSO PARELELLO FESTIVAL 14 &
15 in Brazil.
PSYKINETIC regularly guests various underground parties in the U.K., such as
PSYMERA, COHESION, ILLUSION, BOOGIE WOOGIE, ELIXIR OF LIFE, SECRET SOMA
and BUTTERFLY EFFECT, to name a few.
Neil has just signed to Y.S.E. (Yellow Sunshine Explosion Recordings) as a Label D.J. and
is looking forward to what the future brings in 2022/2023
