I made this song a few months ago, saying that I was going to upload this song on my 18th birthday, and that day has arrived.
This song may not be the best-written. Hell, the instrumental is simplistic and taken from bits and pieces of other instrumentals I've done, but that's not what matters to me. What matters to me is that this is a song that is my rawest emotions-- my genuine feelings in life. It's a song of hope. MY song of hope. A hope that life will be better, or feeling accomplished that I didn't give up when I was younger.

Maybe I'm not sure why I continue to have a pulse, but I'll keep living for now.
