We've been bugging a few people and artists for a DJ mix. What we didn’t expect was over 3.5 hours of 80’s music all on vinyl, from our resident hardcore nutjob ihsetiK. Sit back and be amazed by this. This has the potential to be one of the most all-encompassing mixes of good 80’s music you will ever hear, and this is just Part 1! Its been a wee while since we dropped a mix, it can be difficult to find the time to squeeze one in but this has been in the good-to-go box for a while. This starts out very, very laid back and goes dark quick. Some of the tunes at the end are really quite cutting edge and really show how the drum and bass genre has evolved into something which is more than the sum of its parts. I always look at it as Jungle/Drum & Bass probably because of my age but some of these tracks push the boundaries into, well, I'm not quite sure!
