Decker & Rubin Podcast 1

This month, Bryan talks about a case our office is handling.  In the case Boston Police Officers and all of the Boston Police Unions are challenging the BPD’s policy of requiring officers to undergo a psychological exam to return from a leave of absence.  It’s our contention that the exams violate the American’s with Disabilities Act.  Jennifer then discusses a recent SJC case discussing the common law crime of interference with the lawful duties of a Police Officer.  And we finish with our usual discussion of some instances of Police Officers going above and beyond.
