This organization tackles the issue head-on by providing crucial support for minority students.  Financial barriers are a major obstacle for many aspiring dentists. But financial aid isn't the only piece of the puzzle. Mentorship plays a vital role. Having mentors from similar backgrounds allows for honest conversations about the challenges minority students might face. The dentist also emphasizes the importance of showcasing the benefits of women in dentistry.
