I wrote this song over a couple of months back in 2020. It describes my journey from a really dark mental state to a more positive mindset. I hope by sharing this song I can inspire and help others. Because mindset matters, changing your mindset can be hard but if you stick to it, if you focus on more positive thoughts (without ignoring your true emotions of course) you can work towards a more joyful life!
