At the very end of daylight,

The Night She Disappeared

Electronic musician, writer, arts commentator and university educator.

In Jan 2022 armed with Ableton Live and a midi keyboard, Phil taught himself to write music. 

Phil has released some outcomes of a surprising creative journey.

His music explores the music of natural sounds and the fusion of musical tools from different traditions (western orchestral, electronic, ambient and pop).

As a life long writer of poetry and former winner of the Manchester Poetry Festival commission for Poetry to the Theatre,  he has now completed some spoken word projects, Pinging The Mast and Only For A Moment.

He is looking for a community of artists and an audience interested in similar ideas. As an experienced theatre maker (with credits for writing and directing) Phil would be happy to collaborate on soundscapes and soundtracks for Film, TV, theatre and dance.
