About power and control and how good intentions are twisted most times by the same who try and change the world. Being in a prison of ashes you surround yourself in. Similar to the line "I where this crown of shit." from the nine inch nails song 'Hurt' though Johnny cashes line is just as good, very different in sentiment.

I am I

This song gave me such a headache, as it kept getting deleted and i would have to redo the entire track. Though it wasn't my original idea, this was the only version that never vanished.

Rooms

Someone told this song wasn't specials once, and for a long time I believed it, but it means something to me. And because of it I'm able to play more weird music without worrying what people think.

Long time, No see

I wanted to make a song with a calm melody, something Enya might play, but of course her lyrics are more positive, so I thought a lot about her darkest song in my opinion, boadicea, and put my style of guitar playing mixed with orchestral sounds. It doesn't sound like Enya, but I like that, it has it's own texture, and it's one of my favorites, even though it's not that complicated.

Kiss Goodnight

This is not a love song, 
This song will probably have an alternative version one day, not because I don't like this version, but I just keep hearing a distinctively different song.

I love how this one came out, it just feels exactly like what I wanted.

I knew there had to be a song with only acoustic, and when I came up with this one I knew it was perfect for that kind of sound. I leave errors in sometimes, only when the original way I wanted the songs lack a certain nuance, but if I was really inclined to, it would have sounded cleaner- I however, like this version, maybe I just got use to hearing errors.

Bring your kid to work day (Malleable)

The end of the album needed to be abrupt, an have a sort of urgency in guitar playing, and with the harsh distortion, I'd say it did that well.

Originally this song wasn't meant to be Christmas themed, but once I mentioned a snowman, it was hard to get out of it- so I just went with the flow

Ordinary

Not much to say, I like dr. Seuss, when I think of more I'll write it I guess.
