"Melodic and driving, driven and melancholic - put into a nutshell its this dualistic groove that defines Jonas Woehl’s sound. Packed with impressions and directions, grounded by a firm but never overladen bass, its about finding a balance without taking sides. Not deciding between light and darkness, but rather dancing in the shadows and enjoying both. It’s in this concept that the young Dresdners sound design has put itself to the test, beginning with high-carat remixes for top-players such as Jay Haze and Fritz Kalkbrenner, he has developed and mastered stepping over the border of conventionalism and going towards his own interpretation of emotional dance music. EPs on german top-notch labels such as Get Physical and Solee’s Parquet Recordings have ultimately been a game changer for Woehl and his debut album on the young Berlin-based label Lenient Tales follows this path. Bringing out „White Sheets“ - a 10-track journey on the back of this nutshell - he follows the perception that there’s neither black nor white, but rather a hazy blend. 
Beginning the album with a beatless dark-ambient piece - shadows of voices running in the background - these voices become clearer in the vocals of colleague Locoto, parallel to the steady introduction of bass and percussion. Touches of post-rock industrial mist slowly creep their way through the beginning minutes - there’s no haste because Woehls sound stands where it does without having to go anywhere. Letting himself be inspired more by bands than by other electronic acts, its in the light-dark-analogy that the album gets its distinct ambivalenz between solid techno structures and unconventional shuffles and spheric approaches - nonetheless orientating itself on a live-performance programmatic with similar BPMs. Starting with a straight-forward minimalistic „Leaving Me“, the following track „Winter“ leaves the traditional 4/4-building blocks aside and creates a wonderful broken-beat Apparat-isch dream landscape, accompanied by crisp voice loops and soothing strings. Dark-fuzzy industrial stomper „Is This“ and hi-hat whirling „Stockholm“ flatten out the base from which the epic vocal-collaboration with Wyoming sets out from. A central clap and shuffled percussion give the broad placed synth of „You Want To“ the experimental framework as the emotional climax of the album. Continuing with the loop-swirling, ambient firmness of „November First“, the vocal collaboration of David Clement on „Not Looking At You“, Woehl finishes off his debut album with the name sharing „White Sheets“, spinning dizzy synths into a mediative trance state, bordered by a dub-staggered drum arrangement, which rounds off the hazy blend perspective of Woehls production. "

stabs. Concluding the EP is 'Aim Is Not To Sweat.' With a slower tempo than it's two counterparts, this beautiful landscape of sound boasts 
lovely synth melodies on top of a melodic bassline and groovy backbeat.

"Into the Oblivion is the debut EP of syrian talent and Nie Wieder Schlafen homegrown Quatri. The project itself has been in a constant change for over half a year, re-working, scrapping and adding tracks to the EP – forming it to a true testament of his exceptional work as a 20-year old producer. Radically different remixes from rising star Kincaid and bassline-forging master Rudy complement the EP and raise it to a level of rarely seen quality. A 5-tracker EP, that was refined and burnished to one of the best products we have put out yet.

The birth of Quatri's signature sound lays in "Ozora". A fusion of moog-synth basslines and the oriental touch of his origins brought a new tone to the scene, quickly praised by respected people in the scene like Jonas Rathsman and Edu Imbernon. The richly talented duo Mathame featured on the second Realm Of Consciousness compilation and have since been regulars in the sets of Tale Of Us with some sought-after, unreleased tracks. Their distinctive treatment of vocals marks their tracks out instantly, nowhere more so than on ‘Nothing Around Us’, with the cyber voice of the young Italian artist Lyke. The top quality production and original sound continue with the more understated ‘22’ and end with another prime example of Mathame’s vocal work, ‘Fade Into You’. The enormous variety of flora and fauna is predominant in nature, or there where humans go

his musical development that Jon Donson’s latest accomplishment can be described.
The main track blasts in full bloom to this effect right from the get go. Hypnotic advancement
is instantly bestowed through its sprouting shoots and essences within. Even with an overall
reduction both original songs transcend a summery ease in perfection. Incessantly we let the
rhythms and exquisite sounds carry us to where only natures pulse can caress us, protected

Patrick Podage, a fellow studio mate contributes a fulminate and healthy secondary

Mind Against are back on Afterlife with two emotive, dancefloor masterpieces. ‘Walking Away’, featuring the deeply-affecting vocals of Port St. Willow, centers around uplifting harmonic elements and a resonant drum pattern. It strikes that special balance of light and dark which makes Mind Against’s tracks uniquely cathartic. ‘Bloom’ is more a melancholy, downtempo interpretation of their vision. The percussion is restrained and sits deep below atmospheric pads and piano chords, eventually arriving at a gradual and subtle peak. Mind Against reach euphoric heights once again, though this time by a patient and reflective path.
