ALBUM OFF THE COUCH
This long-awaited album "Off the Couch" by Stephen tha' Apostle speaks to you on an intimate level. Dealing with the issues of the heart, mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and spiritually feeling a lack of self-worth. Also believing that he's uneducated, Stephen opens up his heart once again hoping to encourage his listeners to step out ​on faith. Struggling with these same diseases within himself, he finds the "refreshing springs of hope through his relationship with Jesus Christ", to once again pick up the pad and pen. 
Even though musically, it's a little bit on the softer side, Stephen says, "I do believe that people will enjoy this project".
