Modern Tech House: Over the past decade, Tech House has evolved, taking on influences from garage sounds and emphasizing deep basslines. This iteration leans towards an industrial take on the classic House groove, prevalent in many of today's club tracks.

Techno House: Walking the tightrope between House and Techno, tracks in this category are a conundrum.
