Triptych - Movement 2

TRIPTYCH was recorded live on December 16, 2017 at Hi Light by the Lake, near Lake Nockamixon. Featuring Mitch Nur, PhD- Val Bertoia Sun Gong, Tuned 5th Harmonic Burma Nipple Gongs, Chau Gong, Heng Gong. Sam Weng- Chinese Sun Gong, Feng Gong, Chau Gong, and Heng Gong. Janet Young- Meinl Symphonic, Heng Gong, Jia Gong, Burmese Whirling Gongs, Val Bertoia Smile Gong, and Nepalese Singing Bowl Gong. 

This 1st Movement is divided into 3 elements. The first element is the prelude, entitled 'Peel It', the second element is 'Staring at the Sun Through One Pane of Glass', and the third element is 'Shred It'.
