In this guided experience, I invite you to connect to a pattern or reaction that you wish to shift. This lunar eclipse may be awakening some feelings and old dynamics that you wish to have be different, however, may not know how to shift. 

Sharon Salzberg in her book Real Love, offers this loving mindfulness technique called R.A.I.N.
R: Recognize the emotion coming up
A: Acknowledge what is happening at the moment
I: Investigate the root/source of the response
N: Practice Neutrality by seeing it for what it is and not how you are responding to it emotionally or logically.
N: Nurture yourself - I added another N to the acronym so you practice nurturing yourself or your younger self. Often our responses come from a past moment and not the one we are in.
