This post plus the full moon inspired today's heart opening. Crystals with me were Rutilated Quartz, Blue Opal, and Azurite. They are all helpful in healing emotional wounds, raising vibration, and helping with communication.

Heart Opening

A new meditation to help ground our fire. The crystals I mentioned are rainbow flourite, citrine, and smoky quartz.
