"The Demon behind My Mind" deals with the fact thateach one of us has his "demon" in his head and thatthere are situations that one would like to deal withdifferently in one's imagination but cannot do sobecause of morals and conventions.

But it is also a warning that not dealing with one'sdemon or swallowing situations can at some point leadto psychological overload and a related freak-out.

The Demon Behind My Mind

Pain and Sorrow gives an insight to a depressed and also hateful soul who doesn’t believe in the good of people and must endure a lot of psychological pain. The protagonist tries to seek help and share his pain, but it is already too late and it seems that no one can relate to his pain. He decides that it’s better when other people hate him, as he is unable to give something back to others but it is also a implication to a possible act of suicide and farewell.

I’m explosive is a criticism of the hectic and very performance- and reputation-driven life and to what it can lead when not dealt with accurately. The protagonist is bored, stressed and feels that too many people want something from him, but also can’t control himself.

Human abyss looks into the abysses of the human soul depicted with a protagonist who is psychopathically inclined and sees himself as God and explicit, simple language. Other human lives have no value for him and he sees his actions as a game. Implicitly, it also shows that today's society, through its indifference and anonymity, could be partly responsible when such crimes are committed.

Hopeless World is our try to deal with the Corona situation and what it has caused but also a wake-up call for society: We were left divided due to this difficult situation and disputes about different views. Wouldn’t our world be more peaceful and pleasant if we would try to understand each other and be empathic? Can’t we just try to reunite and make an impact through good deeds?

Fuck My Trust gives a glimpse into the torn soul from someone who has experienced what it is like to have their trust betrayed. Although this betrayal happened, it is so difficult to deal with it: In a way you hate the other person, but still, you can never forget her. It makes you want to scream as loud as possible, but also leaves you back speechless and torn apart.

My Honor deals with exaggerated pride which occurs increasingly in our narcissistic society and is even encouraged in certain circles. Furthermore, the protagonist's insight into the deeds he has committed is fabricated based on pride, so that he does not have to deal with his own feelings of guilt.

Ophelia’s Eye is based on Olimpia’s Eyes from the novel “The Sandman” by E.T.A. Hofmann.

Olimpia for us is a characterization for the goal we want to achieve with our music:
In the course of the book, Nathaniel's perception of Olimpia changes as he observes her through a pocket lens in her room: "But as he looked sharper and sharper through the glass, it was as if moist moonbeams were rising in Olimpia's eyes. It seemed as if only now the sight was ignited; more and more vividly and vividly the glances flamed." (page 28)

And toward the end of the story, Nathanel is enchanted by Olimpia. He calls her "heavenly-beautiful," admires her every day, and is desperate and driven by longing.

We, too, want to "enflame" the audience, bring them to life and cast a spell over them. Through our songs the listeners should also lose the connection to reality - at least for a while.
