This song has been loved and cherished by us for a long time. The song coming together lyrically and on bass was a bit surreal and felt almost serendipitous after I found a particular beat on my effects pedal. After many little adjustments to the programmed beat Shockey started writing his guitar and pulling it together with me for live performance.
We've yet to find our drummer that can do this song justice so we thought it would be great to play it for the first time when we played with programmed beats for the first time live.
The feeling in the room was very moving for us and the special nature of this song really hit home. We knew this was a step up for our music and the directions that Gamma Paw will be going in the future.

Last year when I moved from Seattle to Fort Collins one of the reasons I did so was to work on music with my good friend Brandon Shockey.
I arrived in Fort Collins on July 6th and we've been working on music ever since.  We're incredibly excited to play shows for you when the time comes and we have even more music on the way for you.
