Although this is one of the more pleasant soundtracks in the game, I couldn't find this tune anywhere on the internet.
I went into the game and slaughtered all the NPCs just so I could get a clean audio rip without crowd ambience. 

It has been remastered for optimal listening experience. Removing clipping, improving stereo, balance and volume.
