It's a comedic rap about one of my favorite shows, "Kitchen Nightmares", starring the always-irate Gordon Ramsay. It's a guilty pleasure, as the show is very formulaic, but it does reference the most insane restaurant ever: Amy's Baking Company. Go YouTube that now if you haven't seen it yet.

How suiting, for the challenge most feared in the VPC.  You have a wide open field here and can choose to rap about anything that entices fear, discomfort, trepidation.  It can be a phobia that you have, it can be a situation you have experienced.  The song does not have to be about the fear of that object or situation, it can simply be about it if you’d like.  Hate spiders?  You can write a song about spiders without having to write about your fear of them.  We just want you to embrace that uncomfortableness or fear.

Overall Theme:  Showing Off

That’s right, your song can be about anything you want.  You can collab as many guest vocalists* as you want.  The only thing we ask is:  MAKE THE COLLABS COUNT.  Make sure your track is still around a unified subject matter, and then GO WILD.  Vocalists, bring your best.  Producers, show off what you are capable of.  Incorporate a non-traditional instrument into your beat.  We want to see Sitars, Theremins, Hurdy-Gurdies, Panpipes, Accordions, Recorders…  Anything that’s not traditionally found in hip hop. We expect this track to pull out all the stops.

Con la reciente noticia publicada hace un par de días en "Geek Comic Forum Guatemala", donde se confirmaba la posible realización de una película basada en Beast Wars [Guerra de bestias Transformers] decidí retomar este antiguo y nostálgico proyecto que ya tenía en el abandono desde hace años DX y que varias personas me habían solicitado con anterioridad, consistiendo, como ya es costumbre, en limpiar y remasterizar su entrañable tema de apertura. Ya que Guerra de bestias nunca contó con una banda sonora oficial comercial, por lo que me tocó rippear la música directamente del DVD, e intentar realzarlo manualmente [así como hice con el de ThunderCats y SilverHawks] 

Lamentablemente el audio no me ofreció ninguna facilidad para la edición en multicanales, la pista es sólo una y ya tiene fundidos todos los efectos de sonido, por lo que no me fue posible remover los rayos, explosiones rugidos y demás… Aunque finalmente creo que eso le da cierto encanto también X3

Igualmente hice lo conveniente para restaurar la música, enfatizando la instrumentalización; aunque reconozco que no equivale a la calidad de mis demás trabajos de restauración, creo que los más nostálgicos sabrán apreciarlo bastante~

¿De verdad no existe un verdadero remaster del hermoso tema de los ThunderCats? 
…Le di vuelta a todo internet y no encontré una sola versión limpia… ¡Es increíble! …Considerando claro la cantidad de fans que tiene la serie, y las nuevas tecnologías de captura y edición musical… 

En fin, lastimosamente Bernard Hoffer, el maestro detrás del soundtrack de los ThunderCats y de varias otras series de finales de los 80’s, nunca permitió hacer comerciales sus obras. Así que no existe una versión “Oficial” del tema.

Entonces, como ya es costumbre, me he dado a la tarea de regrabar el intro, separando canales, rippeando el audio directamente del DVD original, pudiendo así eliminar efectos de sonido como la voz de León-O, el crecimiento de la espada, explosiones, rayos y estática, el grito de Mumm-Ra, e incluso las letras de la canción, lo que me parece bastante curioso, ya que vienen separadas de la pista [Imagino que la razón es que en algún momento consideraron la posibilidad de que algún país quisiera doblar la letra en su idioma] así pues, la voz viene independiente, lo que me permitiría incluso hacer una versión instrumental de la canción si quisiera, irónicamente el rugido metálico del Ojo de Thundera viene completamente fundido a la pista musical, siendo lo único imposible de remover de la canción, pero que finalmente le da ese encanto tan épico y característico de los entrañables felinos cósmicos~
Así que para todos los fans y frikis veteranos, aquí les comparto la primera y única verdadera restauración del tema intro de los ThunderCats, limpio, sin SFX y remasterizado en la mejor calidad posible~
