UN1VERSOUL is a sensational lyricist that simply put, aims to change the game for the players! In his own words, "...I aspire to inspire before I expire..." whether it be through personal encounters with his resonating and invigorating spirit or through the soulful and thought provoking music he creates. An 80's baby born in Washington, DC and raised in PG County, Maryland, UN1VERSOUL is a graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park with a BA degree in Sociology. With a combination of his street experiences and enlightened sensibility, UN1VERSOUL aims to reflect many different aspects of life using music as a means to spark individual and collective social change. He brings to the music platform a sense of cultural and ingenious commentary with his wise phrases and cunning punchlines.

A few of this young man's influences include but aren't limited to Native New Yorkers AZ and Nas, New Orleans rapper and entrepreneur Curren$y the Hot Spitta, as well as Atlanta moguls TI and Outkast. As implied in his name this artist has a UN1VERSOUL sound identifiable to all. Young people can listen to his music admiring his cool demeanor and insight; adults and mature audiences can enjoy his music appreciating the innovation he brings in motivating others toward becoming - encouraging others to reflect all the while having hope for the future of Hip Hop and humanity.
